Kairu is what I prefer to call myself online, Kyle is my name in real life. Kairu was simply my name put into a Japanese name generator and somehow it really stuck. Most people end up calling me Kai, or just by my real name. I was born Feb. 10th, 1990 and graduated out of high school. My otaku nature dates back to Toonami when DBZ used to play every afternoon. I would rush home to watch what Goku would fight next. That then branched off to Ronin Warriors, Sailormoon, Tecnhi Muyo, Rurouni Kenshin and many more well known childhood anime. Quite honestly not until I was in 7th grade did I REALLY know what anime was and its orgin.
Konata
To date my favorite anime is Lucky Star. I love that show very much especially Konata she is most every otaku’s idol. (Love my gf Michelle more >< im sorry) Recently I have taken an interest in figure collecting it is a very expensive hobby ^^;; I have jumped from a few jobs here and there and currently working nights at Wal-Mart in the Electronics department.
My blog was inspired from famous blogger Danny Choo. I frequent his site very often even when I am not updating my blog. I call it “Kairu the Otaku” very loosely, since I still do not consider myself a full otaku. I think that is a title for much more deserved fans.

Ha, just read your about> first of all would like to give a shout out to 1990!!! And I remember rushing home to watch all those anime yet for some reason I remember Goku powering up more than fighting, that and running along snake way!!! (I swear he was on it FOREVER!!)
@Troy: That was the one thing that sucked about DBZ, but it kept me wanting to rush back home to see what happened next. It seemed like they could do a whole episode on sheer “stare downs.” In fact….they did! lol
