Kisuke Urahara Cosplay

Ladies and Gentlemen I am finally done with my cosplay and got photos of it. It took me a very long time to finally get this up and I am really sorry, but I just wanted to show everyone all at once I am not such a fan of those “Progress” photos.  When people see the outfit I want it to be completed and ready to be seen.

Now lets talk about the costume.  The outfit was ordered off of Ebay from a store based in China and it was handmade (Claimed to be anyways).  I would provide a link to the store but I was using another computer and account at the time, but if you would like me to scrounge up the link for you I will be more than happy to just leave a comment.    At first the costume felt a little too big on me and I was pretty displeased with it.  Though over the course of a few days trying it on I got more used to feel of it and it became more natural with it.  I guess I am just not used to wearing loose clothing.

The wig was also ordered from a store on Ebay.  I am not sure if a single girl makes these wigs or not but either way it is very nicely done (first wig so I really dont know XD).  Though the shipping was a tad slow, it came in 2 weeks after costume did if I remember right.  When it finally came in I was very happy and tried everything on, and realized……my beard does NOT go with this cosplay at all.

I will admit shaving it off was a hard thing to do, but I decided to keep some “gruff” to pull more of the Kisuke look into the cosplay I think it turned out really well, but thats just me I guess.  As for the props, I just use a cane mainly which I found in a local store for $4 and a fan which is not pictured that I paid 89 cents for.

I do plan to take more pictures, these seemed kinda sloppy and I really need to shave my leg or something it is too hairy haha.  Either way here is the pictures.  I was generally happy with the way they turned out, and if you are wondering my mom is the photographer for these…soooo thank you mom! XD

Also, I did lower the resolution for easier uploading my connection has been rather spotty lately.  Plus I had to make it smaller since my watermark I made is too small for a 10 Megapixel image lol
